Shipping policy

DELIVERY
Any delivery dates specified by Tapistelar shall be deemed to be estimates only. Buyer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses incurred by TapisTelar as a result of Buyer’s failure to accept delivery of the Products by the dates specified by transportation, insurance and warehousing costs.

Delivery shall be deemed complete and title and risk of loss shall pass to Buyer upon acceptance of shipment by a carrier. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Tapistelar, Tapistelar shall not be responsible to obtain and/or maintain for the account of Buyer any insurance against loss or damage to the Products in transit and the cost of any such insurance shall be borne by Buyer.

As products are hand-crafted, slight variations in size may inevitably occur in special size orders. Such differences must be accepted provided they fault within a commercial tolerance range.

The maximum variation in size that can suffer a rug is 5% of its total. The decrease or increase may affect both the width and along the rug.

It is recommended that special size rugs be intended for spaces which can tolerate this variation.
